This program is designed for flexibility with time in mind. It can work for busy professionals as well as dedicated hermits alike. You can complete the program at your own pace. If you can't attend the Live sessions, that's completely OK. You will get all the recordings of the teachings and guided meditations, which can be watched or heard at faster speeds (upto 2X) on various devices, on the go, through our online learning portal.
